The Badging Office now accepts Gym Membership and Fitness Class payments via credit, debit or check. They do not accept cash. As always, payments are also taken in the Recreation Office located on 15 West of Wilson Hall. All forms of payment are accepted in the Recreation Office.

Children’s Beginner and Preschool Swim Lessons offered this summer at Fermi pool. Sessions run for two weeks and are held Monday thru Thursday, makeups on Fridays. $65/session. The next session of Yoga will be held on Thursdays, March 28 – May 9 (no class 4/11), 11:45am – 12:30pm in Wilson Hall, Ground Floor, ES&H Training Room. This FREE 10-week program will teach you to run, improve your fitness, and assist you in losing weight and lowering cholesterol. Not interested in running, please join us and walk. Walkers are welcome. Week One for Runners will consist of running 2 minutes and walking 4, repeated 5 times. We will gradually increase your running potential each week. Week Ten will consist of a 30-minute continuous run. You are welcome to join us regardless of age, speed or level of experience….

Feel free to stop by the Fitness Center on Tuesday, March 12th, and try out an Aikido Martial Arts class. Class will be held from 11:45am – 12:30pm. Fitness Center will be open. Aikido is a non-violent Japanese martial art that teaches self-defense through various throws and conditioning exercises.
