The MicroBooNE detector moves from its original location on the Fermilab site to its new building in the path of one of the laboratory’s powerful neutrino beams. MicroBooNE will serve as the “middle” detector in Fermilab’s on-site short-baseline suite of experiments and will join its two comrades, ICARUS and SBND, in the search for a theorized fourth neutrino.
