The FermiWorks human capital management system will be updated to Workday version 2022R2. The update will occur from Friday, Sept. 9 at 9 p.m. through Saturday, Sept. 10 at noon Central Time. FermiWorks will be unavailable during this time.

Computing will be making some user interface changes to FermiWorks. This work will start at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8 and will take about one hour to complete. During this time, FermiWorks will remain available. For details about these changes, see this document and watch this video.

WHAT ARE WE DOING? Computing will be upgrading the production FIFEMON/Landscape Grafana dashboards to version 8.5. This is a major upgrade and will require a short downtime. We anticipate there may be some dashboard incompatibilities with the new version, which we will work to resolve quickly by upgrading affected dashboards. We will also be changing the default time zone to US Central Time, rather than using the user’s local time zone as detected by the browser. Users may override this…
