On Wednesday, May 11, the Benefits & Wellbeing Office and the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion will co-sponsor a Wellness Wednesday workshop as a part of Inclusion Matters 2022. The Mental Health Awareness workshop will be facilitated live by ComPsych-EUAP from 1 – 2 p.m. (CT). The workshop will focus on removing the stigma associated with mental illness. Open Enrollment has been closed and finalized, and 2022 elections can now be viewed in FermiWorks. To view your 2022 benefits, click on the Benefits icon from the FermiWorks home screen, under “View”, choose “Benefit Elections as of Date.” Enter 1/1/2022 and you will see your 2022 benefits. IRS 1095-C forms were sent via email on Monday, March 1, and Tuesday, March 2, to all full-time and part-time employees who were enrolled in their benefits program during 2020. Please check your junk folder for the email as it appears the communication was delivered to that folder.  The email came from the address “Online Form Retrieval” with the subject “IMPORTANT TAX DOCUMENT AVAILABLE” and contains a unique secure link for each employee as well as instructions to confirm identity….
