Scientists of the CDF collaboration at the Department of Energy’s Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory announced today (April 11, 2006) the precision measurement of extremely rapid transitions between matter and antimatter.

Scientists from the Department of Energy’s Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory are presenting new results from experiments performed at the world’s highest-energy particle accelerator during the 32nd International Conference on High Energy Physics in Beijing, China, August 16-22.
An article to appear in the February 9 issue of Science describes results contained in a paper submitted to Physical Review Letters by the 450-member Collider Detector at Fermilab collaboration.
