To help streamline access for individuals coming on to the Batavia site after hours, changes to the Wilson Street gate hours of operation take effect Monday, May 22. The new Site Access Request Status page is now available. The page, which went into effect Friday, Jan. 20, will provide a straightforward way to review the current stage of an access request. This will help to cut down on communication among various offices regarding access request status and provide real-time information. On March 28, the Batavia site reopened to the public for outdoor activities; the Lederman Science Center also reopened. An all-hands message was sent that included the following information: Prohibited public use of the Fermilab site includes operation of drones. Fishing, ice skating and dog walking/dog run are currently not allowed. All outdoor activities must take place on designated site paths, trails or roads.
